Sue brings capital structure and investment portfolio expertise to continually improve performance and manage risk related to debt, investments, and asset portfolios. She has non-profit and for-profit experience in the healthcare and capital markets, particularly in alternative financial structuring.
As Vice President/Treasurer of Providence St. Joseph Health, Sue oversaw $25.6 billion in assets and $20 billion in revenues. Among other achievements, her related experience includes:
- Director of the State of Washington Tobacco Settlement Authority
- A 3-year, US Treasury appointment to the IRS Advisory Committee on Tax-exempt Bonds
- Co-author on several Reports of the Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (“ACT”) published by the IRS
Sue received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Portland State University.
